We're a family-owned market, deli, bakery, cafe, and gift shop located in the heart of historic Gilford Village. Evolving in beautiful ways since our inception in 1836

, we’re proud to be a central hub for locals and visitors alike to meet friends for a cup of coffee in our intimate dining room, grab a delicious breakfast on the way to school or work, enjoy one of our amazing lunch sandwiches or salads, or stop by to pick up dinner and perhaps some treats for home. We also love preparing catering-size orders to support all the important events in your life.

🎉 What a beautiful day it’s going to be for Gilford Old Home Day today! ☀️

We look forward to hanging out with you all day today, and are prepared to food you breakfast 🍳 , lunch 🍕, and dinner 🍔 !

Be sure to stop in to enjoy one of your last delicious bites of at least Kristin’s favorite summer snack, too, by noshing on one of our LOBSTER 🦞 ROLLS, either cold and mixed lightly with mayo, or topped with warm drawn butter, on none other than a classic toasted frankfurter roll because THAT is how a lobster roll is meant to be served. We have a limited supply so they’re here until sold out!

Parade is at 10am! Fireworks are at 9pm!

Plenty of parking at the local schools a stone’s throw away (insider tip: you can walk across the field from the middle/high school and land right in our backyard)

People helping people!

We have to take a moment to give a dedicated shout out to one of specialty partners who saved the day yesterday…. 🥇

☕️ When your coffee brewer gives you trouble, who do you call? You call Mr Coffee himself, Troy, with Lucas Roasting Company in Wolfeboro!

This week of all weeks was not the time for us to have a non-functional coffee brewer, given we have a huge breakfast catering order to fulfill this week, including TWENTY EIGHT BOXES OF JOE! 😱

Troy took time out of HIS day, with a multitude of small business owner duties of his own to tackle, to help US out!!!

THIS is a glistening example of what “support local” truly means.

We are so grateful!

The Middle School Graphic Novel Club will be meeting in our dining room the first Thursday of the month for the 2026/2027 school year! The first meeting will take place on September 10th, and the following meetings will take place on the first Thursday of each month until June 3rd. The group is open to 5th grade students and up, and spaces are limited, so please sign up by either calling the Gilford Public Library at 603-524-6042 or stopping by the library front desk!
