Yesterday, we celebrated the incredible people who make Patrick’s what it is! The skies were gray, the air was chilly, and Mother Nature brought the rain, but our staff brought the sunshine! A day filled with laughter, friendship, co****le tournaments, giveaways galore, and enough musical shenanigans to make us wonder if we’ve been hiding a few rock stars behind the aprons! ☀️☘️
And Dan Fallon certainly knew how to bring those hidden talents into the spotlight! Jordan got everyone grooving with “Smack That,” Stacy finally gave in 😏 to Dan’s encouragement and turned the crowd into her backup singers, and Riley found the courage to grab the mic and belt out Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’!” 🎶💚
💚 A huge shoutout to our neighbors and gracious hosts at Beans & Greens for welcoming our lively bunch with open arms! To Dolci, who kept our glasses full and spirits high, and the entire team who spoiled us with incredible food and genuine hospitality, thank you! How wonderful for those who spend their days caring for others to experience that same kindness in return. ☘️

It’s you. The personalities that fill the pub with laughter, the big smiles that greet our regulars, the pride you put into each dish, and the genuine kindness and care that make a first time guest feel like they’ve been coming here for years. You bring something to the table that simply can’t be taught.
And that same magic carries beyond the pub. It’s in the friendships you’ve built, the laughter you share, the shoulders you offer when life gets heavy, and the way you show up for one another without a second thought. It’s really quite beautiful to watch.
You take care of our guests with your hands, but you take care of each other with your hearts. 💚

Some of life’s greatest blessings come in the form of people, and you are certainly among them. Your generosity, kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to your staff and community speak volumes. What started as a place to work became a place where friendships grew, lives intertwined, and people found a little piece of themselves in one another.
