When we transitioned from Surf City Sandwich to Surf City Tiki Hut, we kept five of our classics… and we know some of you were quietly grieving.

We couldn’t let that happen.

So we just brought back FIVE MORE Surf City Classics:

Our last sandwich as Surf City Sandwich has been served. But this isn’t an ending. It’s a voyage.

Beginning February 1st, we set sail as
🌴 Surf City Tiki Hut 🌴

A place built for escape.
For endless aloha.
For stepping off the sidewalk and into another world.

Our dining room has been completely transformed into a vintage Polynesian village layered with hand-carved tiki, glowing lights, tropical textures, and island energy meant to transport you far from everyday life.

Inside the hut you’ll find:

🍹 handcrafted tiki cocktails both modern and classic
🌺 bold Polynesian inspired flavors
🔥 warm hospitality and laid-back surf spirit

And yes, some of your most loved Surf City Sandwich favorites are coming with us because every great journey brings a few comforts from home.

During this transition, takeout and delivery will pause briefly while we get our sea legs, but they’ll return soon.

Thank you for every sandwich, every memory, and every moment that helped us reach this shore.

Meet our chef’s latest creation:
The Sonoran Machaca Melt.
Machaca-seasoned Angus beef grilled with sweet onions and bell peppers, layered with fluffy scrambled egg and melted cheddar-jack. Finished with pickled jalapeño, fresh tomato, cilantro, and roasted garlic aioli on a warm French roll.

Savory, melty, and just enough heat.
Now serving at Surf City Sandwich.

We’re back from our Christmas holiday and the Cubano is hot off the press.

Pressed, golden, and loaded with all the goodness.

Takeout and patio dining open today in Gilbert until 8pm.

All sandwiches served with a side of our crispy, seasoned fries 😋
