Fall Brawl at RAW Training The 10th Annual FALL BRAWL partner CrossFit competition will be held on October 12th, 2019 for a full day of physically challenging events.

The FALL BRAWL
R.A.W. TRAINING would like to bring everyone together for an exciting event that is both physically challenging and a BLAST at the same time. Our vision is to bring athletes from not only Pittsburgh and our local community, but also the neighboring CrossFit communities – to all come together for a BRAWL to find out who is the FITTEST MALE TEAM of 2 AND FEMALE TEAM of 2 BRAWLERS at

the end of the day. Being "the fittest" means being able to perform at a high level across a broad spectrum of different physical tests and we plan to do just that! It will be an exciting event to watch as well as compete! Also, as part of the “THROWDOWN” we plan to have food and beverages so be prepared to eat and drink!

Raw Virtual so fun today! It was great "seeing" everyone from afar. We had an awesome turnout at 9:30am too! We hope we can be a bright spot in your day today and provided an opportunity to feel good through our workouts, and sharing some time with others from your home. FALL BRAWL IS A SUCCESS-THANK YOU FOR 10 YEARS OF SUPPORT!
I have spent the day reflecting on our event and I am very grateful for everyones participation and support this year. What an awesome day of fitness, fun and community!! After 10 years of hosting this event, each year is still just as exciting to me. I truly enjoy the process, from programming with our coaching team, testing workouts, meeting new athletes, sponsors, family members, catching up briefly with return athletes, gym owners and friends throughout the day-The Best!!!
This is day is not possible (and would not be nearly as fun) without our RAW Crew of Volunteers. It takes a Village to host this event, no job is too small and THEY NAILED IT!
They all give selflessly of their time year after year and I can not thank you ALL enough!
On behalf Molly, myself and our entire Team at RAW. We want to thank you all for again for making this day a success and look forward to having you back again!!
