Bringing the flavor and a little heat to the kitchen segment this morning on WPMT FOX43! Warming up for the Iron Chef competition coming up with a delicious “Sopes De Chorizo.” Jackie De Tore started us off by showing how to prepare the corn flour cakes aka “Sopes”, 🌽 and roasting our Tomatillos for a Salsa Verde. Gabrielle Mediak stopped in to finish off the chorizo and prepare some flavorful Guacamole🥑. Meteorologist Tony Martin made it in time to try Guacamole for the first time!!!

A delicious Chicken and Shrimp Francaise today on WPMT FOX43! Jackie De Tore started us off by showing our friends how we dip the shrimp and chicken in egg batter and flour and get that light and fluffy coating, then Gabrielle Mediak stopped in to get the Bacon Fredo cooking! Bacon, shallots, Alfredo, and Capellini pasta finished the dish!
Meteorologist Tony Martin made it just in time to taste!!
All paired with a Nutty Peach Mojito!
