Our melty Savory Grilled Cheese may have taken a little break from the menu, but it never really left. ❤️

Those of you who loved it kept asking for it, and we listened! Some sandwiches just earn their spot, and this one is definitely a keeper.

As long as we have apple butter, onions, and cheese, this delicious combination will have a place at LeeBell’s. 🧀✨

If you’ve been waiting to try it… I’m a little worried about you. 😂 You need to drop what you’re doing and get in here. Your belly has been waiting for this one!

We’re not quite sure how this week will top last week!

🥤 Introduced our Red, White & Boom Lemonade
🎉 Celebrated America’s 250th Anniversary
🛍️ Welcomed new local vendors to the Mercantile
🎂 Celebrated 5 years of LeeBell’s Mercantile!

So…how do we top that?

Amanda has a few delicious ideas she’s hoping to bake up for you later this week, and we’re also working on introducing a few new drinks. As always, we’ll keep you posted as everything comes together!

The smell of bacon is in the air! 🥓

Some of you call it Cashtown Inn bacon. Others call it LeeBell’s bacon. We just call it local bacon—it’s the same delicious bacon you know and love!

Whenever we can, we choose to support local businesses by using locally sourced products. Supporting local is important to us, and we’re thankful we can share those fresh, quality ingredients with all of you.

Yes! 🎆 We’re open this July 4th from 8am–1pm.

We gave our staff the choice to either close or open for the holiday, and they kindly chose to come in so we can serve the community. We appreciate them—and you—for supporting us on a holiday weekend.

There will be plenty happening at the rec park, but we’d love to see you while you’re out and about.

It’s going to be another hot one 🥵 so please stay hydrated and take care in the heat.

We also want to say thank you to everyone who’s been braving the temps and still stopping into the café. We know it’s warm inside too, and we truly appreciate you sticking with us anyway.

🇺🇸 Five years ago, this crazy family took a chance and opened the doors to LeeBell’s Mercantile on July 4th.

It started as a little mercantile with unique gifts, home décor, anything nostalgic, and just a few treats—dirty sodas & chocolate-covered bananas. Before long, breakfast sandwiches joined the menu, the café kept growing, and eventually we found our new home inside Redding’s Hardware.

Five years later, we’re serving more food and drinks than we ever imagined, our shelves are still filled with unique merchandise, and we’re always dreaming up what’s next.

Thank you for supporting our café, shopping the mercantile, and cheering us on every step of the way. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

Our team had the option to be open or closed for the holiday, and they chose to be here to serve our amazing customers! ❤️ If you stop in, be sure to show them a little extra appreciation for spending part of their holiday with our community.

We’ll be open Saturday, July 4th, from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, so stop by before your cookouts, parades, family gatherings, or fireworks!
