This wasn’t just a ribbon cutting, it was the celebration of a dream that refused to give up. 🍪

Since 2023, Gettysburg Cookie Co. has taken a journey filled with big dreams, unexpected challenges, pivots, and plenty of hard work. From starting inside a local food hall, to navigating a sudden change in ownership, to operating out of a commercial kitchen and showing up at farmers markets, local events, and coffee shops, the journey to this moment wasn’t always easy.

But, we kept going. We kept baking, creating, connecting with the community, and believing in what Gettysburg Cookie Co. could become.

And now, they finally have a place to call home. 🏡🍪☕️

Watching the ribbon being cut was a beautiful reminder of just how far this little cookie company has come. Thank you to everyone who showed up to celebrate, supported us along the way, and helped make this milestone possible.

From a dream in 2022 to a grand opening in 2026, this is only the beginning.
