We are set up with the delicious Tacos Monarca food truck at Adams County Children's Advocacy Center’s vendor event! We will be here until 2. Come see us on Baltimore Street in Gettysburg to check out local vendors and help me stop Dan from running down the road for some Mr G’s ice cream!
Tonight starting around 4:30 is another double route night!
Truck one will do the normal McSherrystown route - Front Street, Westview Drive, Squire Circle, North Street, Ridge Avenue*, and N 3rd Street into Sherry Village.
(*for the people who meet us at Ridge and Stombach Street, usually we pull over on Ridge with Stomach Street in front of us. Due to a request we’re just going to pull over on Ridge so that Stombach Street is behind us instead. Does that make sense?)
Truck one will do the S Center Street townhouses in Hanover and St Joseph Lane in McSherrystown! For the townhouses, we come in S Center from York Street, turn right onto Charles Avenue to get both sides of Brookside, go back the way we came on Charles to do Balsam Lane and Beechwood Way. (That will always be the only part of the townhouses we will do. The Overlook etc area is too steep to pull over. You’re welcome to walk up and meet us, we just wanted to let you know so you know what to expect!)
When we’re done St Joseph Lane we’ll see what time it is and where the other truck is. We might either help them with Sherry Village or do the Waylon Way townhouses. We appreciate your patience as we figure it out as we go!!
