The bakery is owned by Ron Ahlers, a master baker and Chris Ahlers with his wife Jenn, manage the day to day operations. Ron was one of the first 500 certified bakers in the United States. One of the unique aspects of the business is its use of all fresh ingredients — no pre-made mixes are used. The bakery has its busiest season during the holidays and during the wedding season. Our cake decorators consult with each couple to design the perfect cake for their special day.
