Also known as Chef Mario Alcocer Former 25 year Executive Chef worked for one of the top hospitality organizations in the world. Working for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts where he moved through the ranks learning and absorbing as much as possible to concord the dream of becoming owner of his own Restaurant were he could be able to express his passion for food. kly realized that hard work and discipline eventually will pay off. Through out his career he has worked and traveled central and South America working with many ethnicities that had proudly shared their rich food culture but most important learning from all past experiences. Alcocer has never been prouder that now but at the same time extremely committed to deliver the flavors of Latin food in the most authentic way. In his usual style, Alcocer embraced the opportunity that was in front of him, and he learned all he could from the various chefs with whom he worked. Since 1991 when first joining the company in Beverly Hills In 1996, his efforts paid off, as he was promoted Gardemanger Sous Chef. Throughout the years, Chef Alcocer continued to make his way up the ranks, which included titles of Restaurant Chef and Banquet Chef. In November, 2006, Alcocer was part of the opening team in Westlake Village California and in early 2009 Alcocer was promoted to Executive Chef. Besides being a gifted chef, Alcocer is a proud family man, married for 21 years to his very supportive wife Aracely. Together, they are raising three wonderful children: Daisy, Ivan and Danny. Now with this exciting adventure ahead he will include family members to pitch in by contributing and striving to become one of the Round Rock favorite places to enjoy food and drinks.
