Thanks to all you folks in the Carson Valley, and thanks The Record-Courier for putting the spotlight on our local businesses!

We got 3rd for best sandwich and 3rd for best lunch too. Not too shabby for our new little spot, and we’ve been fortunate to have had a great crew to make it all happen.

Closest I’ve been to New Jersey was a layover in Newark once. This is sort of what I imagine it tastes like. If I’m wrong someone buy me a ticket so I can go do some research.

Anyways, come get yourself a good ‘ol’ Italian sub this weekend with salami, hot capicola, oil & vinegar, and the usual stuff.

Start your morning with grab-and-go breakfast burritos, banana blueberry bread, pumpkin chip bread and coffee. Our Candy Dance menu will be served from 11 AM–5 PM.

The shop will be open with all the goodies, plus 10% off merchandise and 25% off selected summer goods!

Meet the Spicy Genoa.

Chef took all his favorite things and made one loaded sandwich: Genoa salami, soppressata, ham, roast beef, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onions, peperoncini and Calabrian chili and red bell pepper mayo on ciabatta.

How time flies! Our One Year Anniversary Wednesday Night Dinner on the 16th is sold out, but stop by for a drink if ya feel like joining our little celebration. Serving the regular menu until 6:00 and open until 7:00 or so.
