One beautiful thing about Mexican food is that there is not just one way to make it. 🇲🇽🌮
Every region, every town, every family, and every cook has their own version of dishes like barbacoa, mole, pozole, tamales, salsa, and countless others. What is considered “traditional” in one place may look completely different somewhere else.
At our restaurant, we cook with the flavors, techniques, ingredients, and adaptations that represent our kitchen and our experience. Sometimes ingredients available in the U.S. are different from those found in Mexico, and adjustments are part of keeping these traditions alive.
Recently, we have received some direct feedback regarding certain dishes, and while we understand that not every flavor or preparation style will satisfy every guest’s personal expectations, we still encourage everyone to explore other items on our menu. Many of our recipes come from different regions, styles, and inspirations within Mexican cuisine.
We truly appreciate respectful feedback, continued support, and every guest who gives us the opportunity to share the food we love creating every day.
