When we first purchased this joint in 2013 it looked like the first picture. Big boulders lined the front with some quite crappy landscaping. Peeling paint, leaky windows and siding you could literally put your fingers through. And concrete, ugly cracking, heaving & sinking concrete everywhere
Now a new roof sits on top, new windows, new siding, new paint and of course some pretty sweet landscaping. Boxwoods, Hydrangeas, serviceberry, hand laid Brick paver walk and the old Dodge truck now accentuate this Joint.
When we had a retail shop and Garden center I always joked that we were like a Mullet, all business up front and a party in the back. In 2020 when we started outdoor music events that became true. Fast forward to 2026, life has a way of interrupting your plans. This place needs someone who can lift this place up to the higher plateau it so deserves.
