Casey is an exceptional lead server and someone we know we can always count on. She consistently steps up when needed, takes the lead, and goes above and beyond to make sure our guests and our team are taken care of.
What makes Casey so special is the genuine care she shows every customer who walks through our doors. She treats our guests with kindness, respect, and warmth as if they were part of her own family. That personal touch doesn't go unnoticed. In fact, customers regularly request Casey by name, which says so much about the impression she leaves on everyone she serves.
Casey takes great pride in what she does. She pays attention to the quality of both our food and service and always works to make sure we meet the standards we set for our restaurant. She doesn't wait to be asked when something needs to be done, Casey steps up and gets it done.
As a lead server, she is also a wonderful example for those around her. She is dependable, hardworking, caring, and always willing to help her team.
