Hops gets especially sassy this time of year when he gets to break out his lederhosen!

Our take on the classic Märzen pours a rich chestnut color with a medium body. Its crisp finish has a mild bitterness and notes of toasted bread balanced by subtle malty sweetness. No wonder it pairs great with roasted chicken (bring on the Wiesen Hendl!), mild cheddars and grilled seafood.
