You don’t just walk into a wine and food pairing dinner, there’s preparation behind every course.

For us, that means tasting the wines first, learning their story, and thoughtfully pairing each one with dishes that bring out the very best in every sip. It’s one of our favorite parts of the creative process, and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on for our upcoming Wine & Food Pairing Dinner at Up North Winery.

If you haven’t visited Up North Winery in Geneva, add them to your bucket list. This mother-daughter-owned wine shop is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and discover incredible wines sourced from Michigan. What makes them special is that they personally travel to the wineries, meet the owners, and hand-select the bottles you’ll find in their shop.

They host intimate wine and food pairing dinners throughout the year, and we’re honored to be partnering with them for the next one. Their member community is incredibly loyal, and this event is already nearly sold out!

Every event is a reminder that I get to do what I love while helping create memories around the table. That’s a blessing I’ll never take for granted.
