I’ve thought about this hard for a few weeks and will unfortunately be shutting down Grey cow immediately. With work and life being crazy my time with my family is limited. As much as I love making bread and doing these pop ups it separates time with my children even more than it already is. Every morning they are a little bigger than they were yesterday and I know sooner than later one day they will be grown and I will regret not spending time with them. The process of bread and pop up prep+ giving them the attention they deserve don’t balance as well as I wish it would. We thank everyone who has ever supported anything we’ve done and have made so many awesome friends and memories through our pop ups. You can follow my personal account to see what bread I’m making at home for the fam or other cool dishes I’m putting out . We again thank all of you for all the support and love you all. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads who give their all for their families

We’re back next Sunday 5/21 from 12 to sellout! It’s been awhile since we’ve done some pop ups but we are almost fully booked for the whole summer. It is the summer of the sourdough bagel so get ready to see some weird stuff! All of our breads are made with local grains and are fermented for a unique experience. We look forward to teaching you about some cool grains and delivering them to you in a familiar way.

A year ago I dove really deep into bread making and taught myself through reading books by I’ve taught myself about different grains, flours, all the extra stuff to see “how good can it get?” Finally got a chance to try the bread from through This bread has truly inspired me because the flavors & textures definitely are unlike anything I could imagined.
