These are the photos of my families last ever trip to Roy's Taco House, a couple weeks ago. It's been a 35+ year family tradition and I am sad. Roy's closes tomorrow. Get there by any means. :)

I'm sure as most of you may know by now, Roy's is closing its doors for the final time after January 30th. I've known this news for many months but have been just hoping beyond hope it would prove to be not true, or a change of heart would have occurred. Sadly, that fateful day is nearing. The wonderful family memories created here will live on forever, but no more will we be able taste those delicious tacos, fries, enchiladas, and everything else we loved so dearly. I will keep this note short for now, and I'm planning a proper tribute soon,but in the meantime, please get over to Roy's at least one more time and order your favorite meal, twice maybe. Cuz when it's over, it's over. (sob)

Just found out Roy's Tacos is now closed on Sundays. This is sad, very very sad news in regards to eating tacos. BUT! There are still 6 days in the week left to fill up on tacos at Roy's Tacos! But...I always felt, besides the obvious Taco Tuesday, the tacos tasted best on Sundays. Tacos.
