Meet Nicole, the new Kitchen Manager at Mulligans at the Bluffs!

Nicole joins us with a strong culinary background, most recently as a chef at Midland Country Club and previously as a Pastry Sous Chef at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.

She’s already bringing fresh ideas to the Mulligans kitchen, including expanded menu options and the possibility of more homemade desserts — yes, cheesecake has been mentioned!

Nicole is also making Ga***rd her new home and says she’s already been impressed by how friendly and welcoming the community has been.

Please help us give Nicole a warm welcome to Mulligans at the Bluffs and Alpen Bluffs!
