Kennedy Concepts is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for it's 4 restaurant locations in Gatlinburg, Crawdaddy's, Loco B***o, Puckers, and Johnny Rockets.

Paid vacation, free daily meals, and compensation based on experience in the $32 to $40k range.

This is a full time, year-round position.

-Minor electrical Skills
-Minor Plumbing Skills. Copper, PVC, and PEX
-HVAC and Refrigeration skills would be a huge plus
-Wood working, Carpentry skills, Painting skills
-Reliable Transportation - Pick up truck preferred for Hauling items
-Painting
-Power washing
-Some landscaping
-Must be loyal, hardworking, honest, and self motivated
-Tile/Carpet installation is a plus
-Must be able to follow our Preventative Maintenance schedule
-Must have common sense and be mechanically inclined
