Last day at The Green Rooster. 💚🐓☕️

It’s hard to put into words what this little coffee shop has meant to me. You helped make The Rooster what it became, and I will always be incredibly grateful for that.

As emotional as this week has been, I’m genuinely excited to see Muscovy Coffee Roasters make this space their own and begin a new chapter here in Gatesville.

And as for me… I have some new adventures ahead too. Life will be taking me away from Gatesville soon, but this town and the people in it will always be a huge part of my story. And don’t worry—I’ll definitely be back to visit. ❤️

I’m leaving this chapter with a very full heart, proud of what we built and thankful for every single person who was part of it.

Thank you! 🐓💚

We’ve had a little bit of Scotland at The Rooster this past month, and we’re sure going to miss her! 💚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Hannah jumped right in and became part of the Rooster crew, and we’re so thankful for all of her help! We hope we gave her a good dose of real Texas hospitality while she was here—good coffee, good people and maybe a little Texas craziness too.

Safe travels and we will miss you Hannah! 💚✈️

💚 Special Announcement

The Green Rooster Coffee Co. will be closing its doors, with our final day being Saturday, October 3rd. 🐓💚

From a little coffee trailer to a building we were so proud to call home, this journey has meant more to me than I can put into words.

For four incredible years, you’ve supported us, grown with us, and made The Rooster what it is today. I truly love this community and am so thankful for every cup of coffee shared, every familiar face through the drive-thru, and every person who chose to support this little dream of mine. Thank you for an incredible four years. 💚🐓

While it’s bittersweet to close this chapter, there are exciting things ahead for our little coffee spot, and we can’t wait to share more news with you soon! ☕️

Stay tuned… an exciting new chapter is coming!

💚 Come see us one last time before Saturday, October 3!

✅ If you have Gift Cards or Full Punch Cards, please use them before we close, as they will not transfer.
