How do YOU s’more 🔥 are you more of a stick it in the flames and pull it out when it’s black? Or are you a patient babysitter monitoring for the perfect golden brown mallow? Somewhere in between?

Our campfire s’mores ice cream is made from a swirl of charred marshmallows ice cream + honey cinnamon graham cracker ice cream + chopped Hersheys bars (can you put any other kind of chocolate on a s’more)

We know some of you think we’re nuts because we don’t sell strawberry all year but trust us it’s always gonna be worth the wait to do it the right way 🍦 local farm raised dairy, local farm fresh strawberries, no junk. It’s just better that way 🤙🏼

Campfire S’mores - roasty toasty marshmallow ice cream with chopped hersheys bars swirled with graham cracker ice cream

Brambleberry Cheesecake - a black raspberry and blackberry ice cream swirled with a creamy cheesecake ice cream made with a biscoff cookie crumble

Salty Watermelon Sorbet (DF) - a southern summer sorbet made with watermelon juice lime juice and a pinch of sea salt

Beach Bum - a swirl of super creamy coconut ice cream with a tropical pina colada ice cream. it’s basically the taste of the beach in a cup or cone

Today is the first ever Sunday service at downstairs and we can’t wait 🌞 we’re open today from noon til 5 for the perfect cherry on top of a weekend 🍦

It’s also the last day of the month which means the last chance to enjoy some of our May flavors! Cherry Limeade Sorbet is sadly already sold out but we do have a limited supply of Brookie Dough, Birthday Cake, and Tea-opolitan! Come grab them before they’re gone ✌🏻 you may even get a sneak peek at some June flavors 😉

You asked and we listened! We’re expanding our hours this summer to get you the ice cream you want, when you want it 🍦

Starting THIS WEEK we’ll be open one hour later on Friday and Saturday nights! That’s right, you can get your scoop on until 9pm now 🤙🏼

And that’s not all…we’re adding a whole new day to the mix! We’re now open Sundays from noon til 5! A perfect weekend capper 🌞

We’re on the move!

This summer we’re moving to a brand new shop that we KNOW you’ll love. I’m sure you have some questions so let’s knock out the obvious ones:

1) We’re not moving far! It’s about 80 steps and 20 stairs away. Still on Main, still in downtown 🤙🏼

2) Yes, our name is still Downstairs Ice Cream 🍦

3) No, you will not have to walk downstairs to eat the ice cream anymore 😉

4) When? Soon! Stay Tuned…

So what else do you wanna know? We have so many exciting things planned that we can’t wait to share with you over the next few weeks!

Until then you can check us out at our current lovely little basement that we will miss so much. Open today! 1 til 8 🌞
