A Message from My Heart
Mic’s Kitchen will officially close after our last day of service on Saturday, August 1.
The biggest reason behind this decision is simple, my family.
I’m a wife and a mom to young children, and time is something you can never get back. Owning a restaurant has been a blessing and a tremendous learning experience. I’ve learned that when you try to give your all to everything, something inevitably receives less than it deserves. Right now, my greatest priority is being present for my family. While there are other factors that have contributed to this decision, choosing them has been at the heart of it all. This pivot will allow me to spend more time with my family while continuing to pursue the vision we’ve worked so hard to build.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every customer who walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, celebrated life’s milestones, and became part of the Mic’s Kitchen family. Your loyalty, encouragement, and support have meant more than words can express. The memories we’ve made together are something I’ll always cherish.
This isn’t the end—it’s simply a new chapter.
Our focus is now shifting back to Mic’s Mini Market, where we’ll be expanding into a full market and continuing to grow the vision that started it all. This move gives us the opportunity to build on a stronger foundation, invest more directly into our future, and continue serving our community in new ways for years to come.
Our food truck, online ordering, and delivery will remain fully available, and we’re excited to share that breakfast will be coming to the food truck soon! We have so much to look forward to, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
Thank you for believing in us, supporting our dream, and allowing us to be a part of your lives. We are incredibly grateful for every meal shared, every conversation, and every memory made.
