We marinate our fillets and jumbo chicken tenders in house each day. All our produce is delivered fresh and cut by hand. Quick lesson for the custard-curious: frozen custard isn’t just “fancy ice cream.” it’s made with egg yolks and churned slower with less air, which means it comes out richer, denser, and straight up creamier than regular ice cream. Once you go custard you don’t really go back.
