Established 2016 in Gastonia, 'Mẹ Viet Kitchen" is a historical celebration of the women of our family, the recipes of mothers, and the beautiful comfort foods they lovingly crafted for us, during our humble beginnings in Vietnam, when we fled in 1975 to this great & exceptional nation to escape oppression, and now, in our current lives, in the beautiful community of Gastonia. Now more than ever, we see that "Food is Love"

Serving authentic Vietnamese Pho Noodle Soup, Banh-Mi Sandwiches, Bun Noodle Salad and Rice Dishes, come hungry and enjoy a healthy, fresh, and comforting meal with Gluten Free options.
