Had a gread day at Hilcroft Market today. Weather was perfect, had lots of customers, I was a customer to several vendors as well! The Bee Country Cindy Nieman (was a whole loaf of maple pecan sourdough-- but my family has eaten all but 2 pieces), gifted gourmet cake yum, and Ashton acres farms blueberry cobbler scones, plus my cat loved the Bee Country bag, lol.

We will be at Hillcroft Market today. Market opens at 10am-3pm, we will set up early with breakfast (830am goal,) and our full lunch menu. You need a steak and cheese quesadilla today I believe. We will also have our full menu. Stop by, say hi, have a great lunch, then head into the market to see Cindy Nieman at The Bee Country, and her amazing sourdough creations, and local honey. The hot honey/fig. . . Wow, and sun dried tomato basil makes amazing grilled cheeses. She sells out early, so don't wait until later afternoon.

Sunday we will be at the new 1812 Battle site in Gas City with our full menu 12-4, maybe longer if they need us.
