Sue Bugs Concessions Sue Bug Concessions serves delicious Tex-Mex food. Our huge taco taters and taco salads are a full meal. Our walking tacos are a big hit with everyone.

We are a food concession trailer that serves great foods. We began this business out of a tent 10 years ago and each year since we have continued to expand. You'll love our taco taters, taco bowls, chili nachos and so many other things on our menu. Ask about our hand dipped ice cream flavors and you have to try one of our old fashioned root beer floats.

The Laughing Lemon is returning to Gas City First Friday for the 5th season in a row! This business started about 6 years ago when a couple of young sisters needed a funding source to continue their expensive travel softball team. They love the sport! Their parents said well, if you want to keep going, we need to go to work …

And that is what they did! Working together with their parents to build a successful business that has grown over the years, traveling to events all over Grant County.

These days you’ll find that father/daughter team offering a unique variety of flavor combos— smashing as many lemons as possible— they are fast! They keep long lines at bay and they often run out of lemons & sell out! But do not fear! Mom is always running back up lemons 🍋 to save the day and keep that work-train going.
