Dear Families,

Mark your calendars and get ready for a wonderful evening of fun, music, and sweet memories at our Sweetheart Dance on **Friday, February 27th!**

Event Times:
Kindergarten–2nd Grade: 5:30-7PM
3rd–5th Grade: 7:30–9:00 PM

We have an exciting night planned for everyone!

🎶 Apex will be our DJ, keeping the dance floor full and the energy high.
🎨 A face painter will be on-site to add extra sparkle and fun! Please note this is an outside vendor with pricing clearly displayed. Both cash and card will be accepted.
📸 A special photo area will be set up so you can capture all the sweet memories from the evening.

🍔 JJW's Smoke Shackwill be serving a delicious menu for families who would like to purchase dinner. Tables will be available inside for dining, and both cash and card are accepted.
🍋 Squeeze the Day Lemonade will also be selling refreshing drinks, with indoor seating available. Cash and card accepted.
💧 The PTA will be selling water bottles, candy, crafts, fun party items, and more to help make it the perfect dance night. Cash and card accepted.

This event is FREE to attend. An adult must remain with their child for the duration of the dance.

Giving Back:
We will be accepting donations of dry pantry goods and individually packaged snacks at the door to support CCleveland Area Backpack Buddies Your generosity helps make a difference for local families in need.

Attire:
Dress as casually or as formally as you’d like—just please ensure attire is appropriate for a school function.

We are so excited to have a fun family event in February! Our Sweetheart Dance will be Friday, February 27th. See the flyer for the time slot for your grade level. This is a family event! To help us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that an adult stay and participate with their student for the full time slot.

We’ll have concessions, JW’s Smoke Shack, and Squeeze the Day Lemonade available for purchase! There will also be crafts, plus the PTA will be selling candy and cupcakes. 🎨🍭🧁

Entry is FREE, and we will be accepting can donations to support our Backpack Buddies program.
