Unforgettable Food Affairs is looking for dependable, hardworking and personable individuals to join our part-time catering + event team!

From weddings and private celebrations to corporate events throughout the Triangle, no two days look quite the same — and we’re looking for great people to help us bring each one to life. 🤍

We’re currently looking for team members interested in event setup + breakdown, buffet and event service, guest hospitality, food + beverage service, and general event support.

✨ Flexible, event-based scheduling

✨ Weekday + weekend opportunities

✨ Variety of events + venues

✨ Catering experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right people!

Applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable with the physical demands of catering and event work.

Our 2026 Annual Meeting presented by First Federal Bank NC will be held at the beautiful The Pavilion at Carriage Farm on Tuesday, September 22nd from 11:30am-1:30pm with a catered Lunch/Dessert provided by Unforgettable Food Affairs. Last year we had 175 attendees and is always a great use of your time to connect and learn more.

✔Mayor Harris will give an update on Fuquay-Varina and projects happening!

✔Dustin Williams will provide an update on the Chamber and what is in store for 2027, recognize our Board Member, Ambassador, and Fred Eargle Volunteer of the Year.

✔Steve Ashworth owner of Ashworth's Clothing, will speak to "The Mayberry Effect"- the way nostalgia for the idealized, community-centered life portrayed in The Andy Griffith Show has become a powerful emotional and cultural force in America, shaping political and social identity by evoking a sense of stability, belonging, and local connection that many associate with the past.
