I have learned the art of creating edible art using gelatin, or what is more commonly known as "JELLO". These glass like creations are nothing more that water based gelatin ( for the clear ), and milk based gelatin ( for the flowers ). Not only are the treats satisfying to the eye, but your palate will NOT be disappointed.
