When we set out to expand our menu, we wanted a meal that felt both comforting and fresh and this one checked every box. A hearty base of herbed orzo, tender herb chicken, creamy cannellini beans, sweet peas, peppery arugula, and crumbled feta all finished with a bright lemon Dijon dressing.
