A little rainy day r&d at home… breakfast Sicilian-style pizza 🍳🍳
Brick mozzarella, sautéed onions and peppers, Zenner's Sausage Company linguica sausage, DeLoe's Dozen eggs, grated manchego cheese 🤤🤤 we added some carrot-habanero hot sauce for the chef’s kiss finish 😘
Sicilian Sundays might have to be a thing this fall…

This beauty is featuring 5 Oregon farms and the flavors are a fresh and delicious combination 🤤
Meet Greek-Za 🍕
Garlic oil, fresh mozzarella, Anderson Ranches Oregon Lamb lamb meatballs, Moon River Farm shallots, castelvetrano olives, finished with Nancy's Probiotic Foods tzatziki sauce, 3 farm giardiniera pickle mix and Fraga Farmstead Creamery goat feta 🤤🤤
It’s like eating a lamb gyro or kebab in pizza form!
(The giardiniera is a mix of carrots, cauliflower and zucchini from Josi Farms, garlic and garlic scapes from Kingfisher Farms and Persian cucumbers and shallots from Moon River Farm plus sweet peppers)

one of the reasons I’m so excited about our new special pizza is this giardiniera I made 😍
It’s a delicious pickle mix made almost entirely from 3 of my favorite local farms!
Yaya carrots, cauliflower and zucchini from Josi Farms 🥕
Shallots and Persian cucumbers from Moon River Farm 🧅🥒
Garlic and garlic scapes from Kingfisher Farms 🧄
Herb garden oregano and sweet peppers 🌶️ to finish off the mix then topped with Partanna Specialty Foods olive oil to seal it all in and let it pickle away 🤩

We had such a great time serving up pizzas and jamming to the tunes at PearlandOysterMusicFestival this weekend 🍕🎸🍕🎤
It’s a seriously awesome free event in our community put on in collaboration with Bay City Arts Center and we were super stoked to be apart of it 💙
Big thanks to all the volunteers especially Mike, the electrician and Kathleen!!
Drew and Gabe seriously rocked the pizza game as always ❤️❤️ team work makes the dream work and we celebrated the sell out with OYS oysters after cleaning up🤤🦪🍻
But none of it would’ve been possible without Jared Gardner from Nehalem River Ranch!
He’s the only one I trust to handle towing the pizza trailer and maneuvers that beast like a champ 🥇🙌🏻 thank you for being you, my farmer friend ☺️
Woohoo! Now for a few days of rest, maybe?!
