Sometimes I forget how the details have come together in our upstate location. Like this custom made maître d’ stand that matches the unique design touches found in our upstairs space. Not to mention the handpicked art, unique waiting area furniture, and a handcrafted partition wall, all by Anthony Malat 🙏

Our Moqueca (Brazilian Fish Stew) is - as a surprise to me - one of our most ordered menu items. Our take on this traditional Brazilian dish features cod and shrimp simmered in a flavorful broth of tomatoes, coconut milk, and cilantro 💛

Sharing a THANK YOU from the rooftops to all of you! You have been keeping our hearts full, the kitchen buzzing, and our dream alive for our first year in the ‘Gunks. We were even nominated as one of the Hudson Valley’s best new restaurants.

For anyone who has read about our story to opening in Gardiner, it was not an easy or simple journey, and we are so thankful to our community that has made every day open worth it. (you can read more about our origin story on our pinned post)
