You know those smiles that instantly make you smile back? Graham’s is one of my favorite examples. 🥹🧡

Make it a mission to make someone smile today. Maybe it’s as simple as buying them a pastry at The Enclave. We’ll be there at 9am with a table full of fresh-baked goodies, ready to make someone’s morning a little sweeter. 🍪😙

A little kindness goes a long way. xx Avi

This week’s menu is live! 🍂 Take a peek, pick your bites for the weekend, and see what new goodies are hitting the table.

See you Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at The Enclave in Torrance, or Saturday at the Torrance Farmers Market.

Our regulars always get the best captures, so I had to share this little pastry appreciation moment 🧡 Thank you Monique for this cruffin cross section of our dreams.

A little closer look at two new faces on the table this week:

Pumpkin Mascarpone Cruffin
Pumpkin mascarpone mousse, whipped white chocolate ganache, pumpkin caramel.

Quince Kouign-Amann
Rose sugar, quince jam with notes of bergamot, rose & vanilla.

Flaky, golden, and cozy for fall

Meet the opposite of our chocolate chunk cookie. 🍪

Our honey sesame cookie is light in weight and flavor, with nutty, toasted sesame notes and just a hint of honey sweetness. Crisp edges, chewy center, and a little something unexpected.

Lee and I love keeping her in the fridge for an extra crunch. (Trust us on this one.)

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting her, we want to know what you think. And if you haven’t, just know she’s waiting for you. 🧡

A special place in my heart for the regulars who check the weekly menu drop on our Instagram every Thursday night and come to the table with their wish list ready 🥰

I LOVE YOU. 🧡

If you’re new here, we drop the weekend menu every Thursday night so you can take a peek, read the deets, and come ready to build your dream box of seasonal Noga treats. There’s always something new on the table, so take a look and see what we’ve got for you that day!

Xx, Avi

Work in progress...
Are we close? Yes.
Do we have an opening date? No.
But I promise, when we do, you will know.

Meanwhile, we’ll be grinding away to make this space all we’ve imagined it to be.

Thanks for sticking with us through the process.

All my love,
Avi

ITS TOO HOT! 🥵

We’re switching things up this Sunday morning and setting up inside the art gallery behind our normal spot at The Enclave.

We’re anticipating little to no line, so you can grab your Noga goodies, snag an iced matcha or coffee from Nook Coffee Bar | Coffee Shop, and get your butt back to the much-needed AC.

Come early, stay cool, eat something yummy made by people who love creating for you! 🧡 xx, the Noga team
