The making of La Mortazza!

We started this pizza with a rich base of homemade pistachio-basil pesto made with fresh lemon, EVOO, salt & pepper! 🌿🍋💚 We spread it on fresh after the crust was blind baked to keep all that bright, fresh flavor.

Then we throw on some thinly shaved mortadella 🐖

Think of mortadella as bologna’s fancier Italian cousin—rich, savory, and seriously delicious. 🇮🇹

We finished it off with creamy stracciatella and a sprinkle of crushed, toasted pistachios! 🧀💚 The perfect creamy, crunchy finishing touch. 🤌

Mortadella is on the menu for our upcoming pizza night!🍕See you Aug 15th 1-6pm!

🍋 Bianca Amalfitana 🍋

This might be our new favorite. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, it starts with a garlic olive oil base and is topped with mozzarella, feta, Italian pork sausage, sautéed spinach, and thinly sliced lemons. Finished with Parmesan and fennel pollen imported straight from Italy.
