There’s something beautiful about practicing yoga beneath the open sky as summer gives way to fall. 🍂🧘‍♀️

Autumn reminds us that letting go can be beautiful. The trees don’t cling to what has served its season—they release it, making space for rest, renewal, and what comes next.

Yoga teaches us much the same: to breathe in, breathe out, soften our grip, and release what we no longer need to carry.

Tonight, surrounded by nature and community, we welcomed a new season with movement, breath, and gratitude. May we enter fall with a little more trust in the art of letting go. 🍁
