✨ Only 4 months since our little bakery opened its doors… and already such an incredible recognition! 💙

⏳From the very beginning, you welcomed Bleu Sucré with so much love. Beyond this award, it’s your warm comments, your smiles, the conversations you share with us when you stop by — sometimes more than once in the same day 😅 — and those little “mmmm!” sounds between two bites that mean the most to us.
➡️ Those moments are truly our greatest reward 🏆

So from the bottom of our hearts: 💙MERCI 💙

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Our family adventure is only just beginning, and you give us the energy and motivation to keep making you happy, one bite at a time💪🏼

🇫🇷You’ve embraced this little piece of France we brought with us — mixed with quality flour, plenty of good butter, lots of smiles… and of course, our French accent, which gives us away every single time 🤭🇫🇷

Behind every crispy loaf🥖, every perfectly flaky croissant🥐, every creamy pastry 🍰and every gallon of coffee ☕️ served, there is also an 🫶🏼incredible team🫶🏼.
We want to thank them for their hard work, professionalism, dedication and, most importantly, for believing in this adventure with us.

💙Chefs Antony and Will, Casey our barista, Jarrod, Jack, Christian and Marianna 💙 you are all part of the reason our customers leave Bleu Sucré with a smile 🙏🏻

💝To every single one of you who has walked through our doors, supported us, encouraged us, talked about us, brought friends and family, or simply enjoyed a pastry with us: thank you for becoming part of our story 💝

This is only the beginning 🥖🥐

With love and gratitude,
💙🤍❤️Cindy & Sébastien💙🤍❤️
