HAPPY NATIONAL GUMBO DAY!

Have you tried our gumbo at Koop’s BBQ yet?!

It’s National Gumbo Day and what better way to celebrate than giving a little love to one of the South’s most legendary dishes!

Gumbo has deep Louisiana roots, blending African, French, Spanish, and Native American culinary traditions. And here on the Texas Gulf Coast, we like to bring a little Texas BBQ magic to that Louisiana soul! 🤠

We’re closed today, but come see us for lunch tomorrow! We’ll be firing things back up Tuesday morning, and we’d love to feed ya!

If you’re craving gumbo, check with us for availability!
