Sometimes you feel like something savory and something sweet. So I made a Quiche with Ham, Cheese,veggies and fresh Herbs from the garden. For the sweet, French toast with Brioche bread finished with sugar and cinnamon. Simply things with good ingredients. What do you think, could I make you breakfast.

Hello everyone , I'd like to Thank all those that supported and attended my Chef Roy Cooking Classes this year.
I'm putting a pause on my Cooking Classes for the Holidays. Planning on spending quality time with family and friend during November and December . I hope that all of you try and do the same. But I'm planning on starting New and exciting Cooking Classes in 2023. So please keep following me on this page for all the news to come . Thanks again and see y'all next year.
