Wagyu dumplings in XO broth with winter greens.

The broth is deep and savory, the dumplings rich with wagyu, and the whole thing settles into the bowl in a way that makes you slow down for a minute. It’s the kind of dish that pairs very nicely with a candle on the table and a glass of wine nearby.

Our seafood tower is our love letter to the Texas Gulf—built entirely from what our neighbors pull from the water every day. Mermaid Tears oysters from , Gulf shrimp cocktail and a fish dip made with fish from , marinated blue crab fingers fresh from the bay, and stone crab claws from right here in Galveston.
