SunnyDazeTreatz is my first baby. I started this business based from what I learned over my years of transitioning my diet, changing my mental, physical and spiritual health.

Now with the credentials to do so I am ready to change my brand over because I am indeed a chemist in the kitchen and aim to teach other, teens,women and mothers how to do the same. Also assisting these women with improving their health from spiritual to physical, we are covering all the bases. This is a great journey and the best is yet to come.

Stop eating white sugar, cane sugar, processed sugar for a few days.

I can tell you now your body will start to detox the harmful sugar and you will get symptoms of withdrawal: Fatigue, headaches, muscle pain etc.

I have myself gone through this process and have watched others do the same. Even children will have these symptoms when removing processed sugars from the diet
