I have secured a great deal on brisket and would like to extend the offer to friends and followers. If you're interested in purchasing some brisket, please let me know before I finalize my order. I plan to buy in bulk. If there's sufficient interest, I'll also arrange for ribs and pulled pork. The more people who participate, the better the deal will be. If you'd like a relaxed holiday and let me handle the meal, I can provide a complete menu with sides available upon request.

Just a quick look back at some recent pics of items that were delivered as I prep for the upcoming week.

We will be doing wing Wednesday again this week and opening up the full menu for next weekend, and i will be doing a special on pork loin and highlighting brisket as well.
