We know tipping has become a bigger conversation lately, so we wanted to offer a little clarity.

Our restaurant has always operated with tipped employees, just like traditional dine-in restaurants, and our POS system includes a tipping screen that cannot be bypassed. That said, tips are always optional and never required.

We also price our menu to ensure our team earns more than tipped minimum wage because we believe in taking care of the people who take care of our customers.

We understand everyone has different feelings about tipping culture today, but tipping has always been customary in businesses like ours. Most importantly, we’re grateful for every customer who supports us — with or without a tip. ❤️🍦

As we head into our busy season, we’d like to ask for a little patience and kindness from our amazing customers. ❤️

Many of our menu items are made fresh to order, so while we work hard to keep the drive-thru moving quickly and safely, a little extra time may sometimes be needed to make sure every order is right. To help speed things up during busy hours, we’ve added a buzzer system, and customers can also order ahead online or through DoorDash for added convenience.

Many members of our team are working their very first job. They’re learning, growing, and doing their best every day, and your encouragement truly means more than you know.

If you ever have concerns about your experience, we always want the chance to make things right. Please reach out to management directly at 419-571-0084 by call or text.
