Roasted locally in Cuba City, Wisconsin:
We roast all our coffee in small batches—but why is that so special?
We craft each roast to highlight all the hard work the coffee farmers put into nurturing the right growing environments. Instead of throwing 1000 pounds of coffee into a roaster and manipulating it to taste the same every time, we are roasting to highlight the naturally occurring flavors of the coffee! Good coffee isn’t moldy, burnt or dirty tasting. We believe in smooth, sweet and robust brews every morning!
