Opened back in 2003, the last 15 years have seen The Galax Smokehouse become the place to be in town for locals and visitors alike to enjoy some delicious BBQ. Earlier this year, we were fortunate enough to take over for the original owners, and we couldn't be happier to carry on the legacy created by Ronald and his team. So how do we repay them?
