We love a full wedding experience! We dropped off this catering for the wedding shower of a couple getting married in October, and I love when we get to work with multiple family members at once! ♥️

Our Finished Dish!!!

These guys put in the work! We went over basic knife skills, cutting

Carrots 🥕
Potatoes 🥔
Onions 🧅
Squash and Zucchini
Kale
Garlic and Herbs

It was so much fun!

We are adding more dates 📅 and different classes as they get more attendants!

This popped up in my personal FB memories today 😭 13 years ago I was helping my friend Vicki as her wedding planning assistant. It was such a learning experience and I am forever grateful for that summer.

I definitely can look back and see where in my life the experience I was gaining was setting me up for this journey.

When you hire Beyond Catering, you are hiring years of experience all over the kitchen and events 🙌🏻 we know a thing or two! 😉

We TOLD YOU, we have been working hard to get better systems for our clients who have been patiently waiting for better access to our weekly offerings!

Can you imagine? We've been in Galax, in Crossroads Institute for almost 5 years and we STILL hear daily "We DIDN'T know you exist!!!"

It can be discouraging to create delicious pick up meals and items, post them to Facebook, and have NO ONE see them until days later, when it's already gone or worse, no longer good. 😭
