Fresh Hop Hazy IPA
6.5% abv

Back is April we introduced our "Fresh Frozen" series of Fresh Hop West Coast IPAs brewed with a brand new advanced hop product called Cryo Fresh. Now we're back with a Fresh Hop Hazy featuring Krush Cryo Fresh and Mosaic hops!

Cryo Fresh is a new advanced hop product that involves freezing the hops with liquid nitrogen immediately after being harvested (hops are typically dried with hot air after harvest to make them shelf-stable). Once cryogenically frozen in it's fresh form, the hops are ground into powder and pelletized, giving us the ability to use fresh "wet" hops any time of year. The result is a Fresh/Wet Hop IPA full of distinctive bright hop notes that can only be found in hops when fresh off the bine.

Fresh batch alert! The slightly lower ABV version of Asleep on the Forest Floor has returned! Awake on the Forest Floor is brewed with a very large portion of wheat, spelt and rye malts for a soft creamy mouthfeel. It is intensely hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Idaho 7 for prominent impressions of fresh-squeezed orange juice, ripe pineapple and sappy white pine.

German-style Weissbier
4.8% abv

A fresh batch of Hefeweizen has returned just in time to relieve the sweltering heat!

This classic German-style Weissbier, also known as Hefeweizen, is brewed with 50% wheat malt, very lightly hopped with Saaz and fermented with a true Bavarian Weiss yeast strain that produces banana, pear, plum, clove and vanilla flavors & aromas. We ferment our Hefeweizen on the warmer side of its temperature range to let the fruity esters shine while maintaining that classic rich & creamy mouthfeel known within the style.

Come grab a flavorful Hefeweizen or a crisp lager in our forest!

MOONSCRIBE VOL. VII
Solera-aged Belgian Blond Ale
6.6% abv

The saga continues! Moonscribe is a unique series coming out of our American oak foeder. This Belgian Blond Ale is brewed with loads of spelt malt, judiciously hopped with Riwaka, and aged Solera style.

Solera is the act of removing only a portion of the finished beer from the vessel it's been aging (in this case, our nearly 1,000 gallon oak foeder) and replenishing the volume with fresh wort to referment and continue aging in oak with traces of every batch before it.

Moonscribe Vol. VII is bone dry, effervescent, mildly hoppy and endlessly drinkable. As soon as the can is opened you're met with an invigorating waft of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice atop the classic Belgian spice. Once you get into the beer, you can expect notes of banana runts, ripe pear, grapefruit zest and bazooka bubblegum.

Our blend of three classic Belgian yeast strains that produce a ton of glycerol give Moonscribe a nice fluffy mouthfeel despite having 0% residual sugar after fermentation. We're so happy with how each version of Moonscribe has turned out and we're excited to release more follow-up iterations!
