It’s with heavy hearts that we announce today that our beloved Ichiban Restaurant will be closing its doors after 16 years. Ichiban has been in the Gaithersburg community since 1985 and our home since 2005. We are forever grateful and blessed by our community who have been with us since the beginning and our new customers that found us during this pandemic. We have never felt so much love during the last year from our staff to our patrons and we will always remember how much you have supported us. We will remember the good times. The birthdays, weddings, engagements and the random meet ups you all have had here. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trusting us in all the events we catered and the kind words that were spread on our behalf.
Though we are not at this location anymore. We are still making good food for this community. Our new restaurants, AERY and ICHIBAN MIKOSHI SUSHI are here to serve you and fulfill your Korean food and Sushi desires. Suzy, the original owner will be around, but Nicole and Jonathan will be heading up these two shops. Come in for a fresh new look and some new menu items.
Our official closing date is September 12, 2021.
