Who knew you could find a taste of Norway in a small airport in Gaithersburg?

The upcoming last four episodes of Season 4 kicks off with Seth flying into this hidden gem Cafe Sophie, a cafe named after the owners’ furry friend, Sophie 🐕🐾🦴

Seasoned locally sourced ground beef is roughly rolled into meatballs and oven baked.
Topped with gravy, mushy peas, potatoes, and a Norwegian classic: lingonberries. It’s simple Scandinavian comfort food, and pure delicious!
