This Filipino spread needs no occasion. Enjoy the Kamayan Feast any day of the week!
�Our take on a kamayan: a traditional Filipino style of dining where food is served on banana leaves and meant to be shared, no plates, just community.

Made for 3–5 people, this hearty feast brings everyone to the table with garlic fried rice, four eggs your way, salted eggs, homemade beef tapa, pork longanisa, chicken tocino and crispy hash browns. Finished with fresh cucumber, tomatoes pickled carrots/daikon and spiced vinegar.

Sharing encouraged. Forks optional 😉
